Also wir sind gestern d.h. 10.7.2011 (Sonntag)
gegen 17.00 Uhr in die Sauna gekommen.
Die Sauna ist echt Mist.
Dreck bis geht nicht mehr, zienlich leer d.h. vielleicht 10 Besucher (Alter 55 und mehr) in ca 3 Stunden.
Weiss nicht wo sie renoviert sollte sein. Das Geld ist es nicht wert. Eintritt 12 Euro

a really large place, but only few guys (friday afternoon...). everyone seemed to stay just for a quickie. not the cleanest place, but well equipped (even a pool and some kind of spying-shower on the first floor). no sign outside, look for the big windows with curtains at no. 4b

This time I was more lucky, as I was being switched between an Angola and a Moçambique guy. Two hotties really. The day after, there was no action and a few days later, I decided not to be too much demanding, and to help someone in need of a good f*ck, so I had some fun anyway ...

Ich weiss nicht, wo "anonym" am 17.01.2010 war, aber bestimmt nicht in Viriato. Das ist die modernste Sauna in Lissabon, alles wurde letztes Jahr komplett renoviert. Sie ist sehr gross und (relativ) schön. Am Wochenende (besonders sonntags) vom 16 bis 20 Uhr viele Besucher auch jüngeren Alters. Wenn man am So nachmittag Zeit hat, ist diese Sauna die beste Wahl. Ich war in allen Saunen in Lissabon, diese ist meiner Meinung nach die Beste.

Horrible ! Very dirty , empty, small , sticky, scary . I were there only 10 or 15 min then went back home ! One of the worst saunas i ever seen !

Located at the right and the left of an old apartment block. You have to look very good to notice the curtains with the rainbow colors next to the entrance. Around 10 visitors, some even quite cute. Few action as we were sitting nearly all in a cosy corner around the television. 2 'massagistas' available and I still regret that I didn't make use of the services of the dreadlocked one ;-) But no idea how erotic their services are. Until now, the most beautiful sauna in Lisbon, however nothing special.

We were there in february around 9 pm on a weekday. Clean and large facilities, although the great pool was too cold. Interesting tv-room with some couchs in front of a mirror. The rare audience was mainly between 40 and 60 and not attractive. Fee was 12 €.
The second best choice in Lisbon.

I went 3 times looking for this sauna but no luck. Either is closed or the information is wrong.
Be careful guys not to waste your time looking for this place

Very clean, big pool. Saunas rather small.
Big videoroom on 3th floor, with couches and mirrors. Interior is oldfashioned.

Really busy and cruisy when we arrived at 7 pm.
At 8.30pm everbody leaves.
At 10 pm only 4 people left.
Rushhour is early. No need to come after 9pm.
Unless you want the relax quietly.

Few goodlooking tourists there, mainly (older) local guys. The staff is young and friendly.

i stopped going there for a while as i found this place very worn out
recently i gave it a new try
they have done a good job in refurbishing
cleaning is excellent and very frequent
because of location also highly recommended

Allgemeine Information zum Thema Saunabesuch:

Der Besuch einer Sauna ist sehr gut für die Gesundheit. Das Schwitzen bei einem Aufguss zum Beispiel fördert den Stoffwechsel und steigert das Wohlbefinden. Besondere Aufgüsse wie z. B. ein Eis- oder Honigaufguss bringt nicht nur Abwechslung sondern ist gleichzeitig ein Training für die Poren der Haut (Eis) oder auch eine Hautpflege (Honig). Honig hat eine antiseptische Wirkung und fördert so die Hautpflege und Heilung von kleineren Blessuren. Ein Salzaufguss wird angewendet als Peeling bei dem Unreinheiten der Haut beseitigt werden. Oftmals erleben Menschen mit Hautproblemen, dass z. B. beim Salzaufguss die sonst problematische Haut eine beruhigung erfährt.

Da viele Fluggesellschaften inzwischen preiswerte Flüge innerhalb Europas anbieten, kann z. B. auch eine Wochenendreise in eine Großstadt sehr viel Spass bringen und wenn die Reise dann noch mit einem Saunabesuch kombiniert wird, steht auch der "Entspannung" nichts mehr im Weg.
