the exact address is now: Callejon Seiquer 2 bajo, which in fact round the corner of the old Cartagena 72.
Seems to have been restored recently. Quite clean and tidy.
True though that when I was there (twice) the majority of the public was "bear" although there were not a few "exceptions".
