I totally enjoyed this sauna. It's not too clean and quite in need of a facelift, but the guys here, mostly over 40, are here to get to the point, not just stand and model as in saunas that attract a younger crowd. I spent some three very happy hours here this evening.

Reply to previous post by Madonno: This sauna 5018 is not in the gay village. It is located in the beautiful Plateau area, 3 km from the village. It is one of Montrealers' favourite with sauna Oasis (in the village).

This sauna rocks!...it´s very discreet, and is visited mostly by guys over 40. It´s clean and they have a deck on the roof where one can sunbathe...it gets really hot in the summer...all those guys sucking cock on the deck, especially after 6 PM, that is the best time to go.

This place is a temple to lust...it is always full, mostly guys over 40, all of them horny, and now and then one can see guys in their 20´s. The facilities are generally clean, even if the hot tub sometimes looks kind of gunky. The staff can be rude, especially if you do not speak French (it happens everywhere in the province of Quebec, not only at gay business, but mostly everywhere). It is very near to Metro Beaudry, in the heart of the gay Village.

Allgemeine Information zum Thema Saunabesuch:

Der Besuch einer Sauna ist sehr gut für die Gesundheit. Das Schwitzen bei einem Aufguss zum Beispiel fördert den Stoffwechsel und steigert das Wohlbefinden. Besondere Aufgüsse wie z. B. ein Eis- oder Honigaufguss bringt nicht nur Abwechslung sondern ist gleichzeitig ein Training für die Poren der Haut (Eis) oder auch eine Hautpflege (Honig). Honig hat eine antiseptische Wirkung und fördert so die Hautpflege und Heilung von kleineren Blessuren. Ein Salzaufguss wird angewendet als Peeling bei dem Unreinheiten der Haut beseitigt werden. Oftmals erleben Menschen mit Hautproblemen, dass z. B. beim Salzaufguss die sonst problematische Haut eine beruhigung erfährt.

Da viele Fluggesellschaften inzwischen preiswerte Flüge innerhalb Europas anbieten, kann z. B. auch eine Wochenendreise in eine Großstadt sehr viel Spass bringen und wenn die Reise dann noch mit einem Saunabesuch kombiniert wird, steht auch der "Entspannung" nichts mehr im Weg.
